According to the requirements of DocumentGNKJ [2010] No. 320 issued by National Energy Administration of the People’sRepublic of China, “Notice on Releasing the Development and Revision Plan ofthe First Batch of Energy Sector Standards in 2010”, and after extensiveinvestigation and research, summarization of practical experience, consultationof relevant advanced standards of China, and wide solicitation of opinions, thedrafting group has prepared this code.
The main technical contents of this codeinclude: analysis and evaluation of soil and water conservation for main worksof the project, range of responsibility and zoning for soil erosion control, predictionof soil erosion, target and measures layout for soil erosion control, design ofsoil erosion control measures, soil and water conservation monitoring, and investmentestimate and benefit analysis of soil and water conservation.
