Accordingto the requirements of Document GNKJ [2012] No. 326 issued by National EnergyAdministration of the People’s Republic of China, “Notice on Releasing theDevelopment and Revision Plan of the Second Batch of Energy Sector Standards in2012”, and based on the experience in development, construction, operation andmanagement of wind power projects, after wide solicitation of opinions, and consideringthe characteristics of wind power projects, the drafting group has preparedthis code in accordance with the current national fiscal and taxation policies.
The main technical contents of this code include:financial evaluation, national economic evaluation, uncertainly and riskanalysis, economic comparison of project design alternatives, and financialevaluation of renovation and extension projects.
