According to the requirements of DocumentGNKJ [2010] No. 320 issued by National Energy Administration of the People’sRepublic of China, “Notice on Releasing the Development and Revision Plan of theFirst Batch of Energy Sector Standards in 2010”, and after extensiveinvestigation and research, summarization of practical experience, and widesolicitation of opinions, the drafting group has prepared this code.
The main technical contents of this codeinclude: basic requirements, project overview and project analysis,environmental status survey and assessment, environmental impact prediction andassessment, environmental protection measures, environmental management, costestimate for environmental protection and economic profit-loss analysis ofenvironmental impacts, public participation, conclusions and recommendations.
