According to the requirements of Document GNKJ (2012) No.326 issued by National Energy Administration of the People’s Republic of China, “Notice on Releasing the Development and Revision Plan of the Second Batch of Energy Sector Standards in 2012”, and after extensive investigation and research, summarization of practical experience and wide solicitation of opinions, the drafting group has prepared this code.
The main technical contents of this code include:?basic data, meteorology, runoff, design flood, sediment, stage-discharge relation, water surface evaporation and ice regime, and hydrologic telemetry and forecasting system.
