Foreword


According to the requirements of Document GNKJ [2016] No. 238 issued by National Energy Administration of the People’s Republic of China, “Notice on Releasing the Development and Revision Plan of Energy Sector Standards in 2016”, and after extensive investigation and research, summarization of practical experience, and wide solicitation of opinions, the drafting group has prepared this specification.


The main technical contents?of this specification include: general provisions, terms, basic requirements, project overview, basic data, physical progress of project construction, flood control standard, flood control scheme, physical progress requirements and measures of flood control,?forecast and early warning and emergency response plan, flood control organization and supporting measures, and attached figures and tables.
